In today's busy world, it's easy to lose track of certain tasks or events and that's why you need an agenda that can help you organize yourself. Unfortunately, a paper agenda can't keep up anymore with the complexity of one's life. Using a software for managing all your tasks seems like a much better idea. Thus, you can focus on the tasks that matter the most and you can even split a complex project into several tasks, allowing you to finish it in less time and with greater efficiency. Microsoft Outlook is the most known program for managing tasks, but unfortunately, this application has its drawbacks, it's expensive, takes a lot of resources and it's a bit difficult to use.

TodoPlus is a much better idea, as it's a Windows program for organizing and managing tasks in the simplest way possible. The program's interface is completely graphical and features several buttons. Hoovering on any of them will display some intuitive information about it, allowing the user to familiarize with all the options in less time. The user must first create a new database file for storing all his tasks. After that, he can start adding all his tasks into the program.

Each task has a favorite and a check box displayed next to it. By clicking on the check box, the task will be greyed out, stating that it is completed. Besides that, important tasks can have the favorite icon activated next to them. This will allow the user to focus on the most important tasks, but without neglecting the rest of them.

The program allows adding an unlimited number of database files and it also allows protecting any of them with a password, for protecting them from unauthorized users. Using the program's menu, the user can display or hide favorite or completed tasks, which is useful in case there are many of them included in the interface.
